A personal trainer brings genuine connection in a disconnected world we live in. With social media influencers and sound bites - we have information at our fingertips…. Anyone can google a training program - but will it work for you personally? Or will that serve as a template to be general and nonspecific to you, the client. And of course, a personal trainer brings knowledge and experience in adjusting training routines and exercise modification on the spot.
No! We bring the gym to you! Some clients have pre existing equipment we incorporate, and others may choose to purchase equipment as they continue training - but rest assured we have and will bring absolutely everything necessary
You, the client can choose the duration of your choice! Ranging from 30min sessions to as long as 2hr sessions - we are here to accommodate you. If you want to train 2x week, with one session being 45min and the other 60min … we can do that!
It’s no problem at all! Here at TrainingWheels our 10+ years of experience will provide quality training to allow for safe progressions week after week without the development of injury and chronic pains.
We have experience working with almost all populations of people (80+ year olds, adolescents, jr high, highschool, college aged kids, working professionals, CEOs, CFOs, stay at home parents, single parents, disabled persons … you name it - we’ve likely worked with that population of people)
Wear comfortable gym clothes, closed-toed athletic shoes, anything that you feel comfortable getting exercise in.
Water is always recommended, optionally a towel
There are no long-term contracts or obligations. With zero membership dues, initiation fees and no minimum time commitment - you can decide how often and how long you wish to train here at TrainingWheels.
We offer a complimentary 30min virtual session that can serve as a Q&A, background info, trial training session etc. After the initial session, you can choose to sign up for training/coaching or simply move on and start your fitness journey elsewhere
We offer a free 30min consultation session which can be used In the following ways:
- phone call
- zoom training session
- hybrid zoom discussion/training session
These 30 minutes will allow me to understand your background training history, injury history, current lifestyle, current health concerns and chronic pains. If your space permits a zoom call where I can see you move , this can once again serve as an online coaching session.
